My skies are darker,
My darkness is blacker,
Crawling and lurking,
Growing,
Dawning on every shimmering light,
Killing every little star,
Destroying every shred of shredded hope,
Darkness -
Conquered my soul,
Devoured my past,
Killed my future,
By singing that same ol' lullaby,
"Twinkle twinkle little star
Now your hopes will run out dry,
Let me drain you from your life,
Swhirl, swhirl little star,
Now your shine won't get far,
Into the darkness of the hollowed pit,
That's a one way ticket for your dream,
And on and on it goes this way,
The wolf shall meet his death,
No hopes, no dreams, with nothing left,
Consumed by death and hate and pain,
Now the end is closer than ever,
No more stars in my heaven,
Just a pit - darker than hell,
