1. התחלה של ספר

*יקום מקביל, עברו 1500 שנים מאז הפלישה*
"תראה, אני אומר לך שזה לא ילך".
"קצת אמונה ידידי, קצת אמונה. דרך אגב, אתה עלול להתעלף עוד כמה שניות".

ולרוז קם והביט סביבו, זה לא היה העולם שלו עוד, אלא עולם אחר, עולם זר.
הוא ראה בפעם הראשונה את אור שמש, קרני האור החמות האירו את פניו ונתנו בו תחושה נעימה שמעולם לא חווה עוד, אלא רק בסיפורים. הוא היה מוקף בעצים, חלקם מתנשאים לגובה של עשרות מטרים, וחלקם רק בתחילת הלבלוב. הוא שמע רעשים סביבו, אלה לא היו הרעשים שהוא היה מורגל בהם, אלא רעשים אחרים.. עדינים, דומים לשירה. הוא תהה בליבו אם יתכן שזה העולם שדיברו עליו במשך כל השנים האלו, האם הזמירה שהוא שומע שייכת לציפורים או שהכל פרי דימיונו וזה בעצם חלום נעים. ולרוז צבט את עצמו והאמת היכתה בו בבת אחת, זה לא חלום, כל החלומות שלו עד עכשיו היו סיוטים.
"כוכב ארץ" ולרוז חשב בליבו. הוא החל לפסוע בצעדים איטיים על העשב, כשלפתע הוא שומע מאחוריו קול מוכר - "אמרתי לך שזה יעבוד" אמר וונדל הזקן.

I don't believe those who possess the apocalyptic claim that the world is going to end tomorrow. it is simply absurd. even the Mayan tribe don't believe it, so why should we? Its simply a claim by their ancestors that the world is going into a different order of higher awareness.
Well awareness or not something might happen since tomorrow NASA is going to check what was this weird shock felt all over world which felt like being hit in the stomach by a mild surge of wind. which was rather alarming, since it came right after receiving a weird saucer like image from the hubbel space telescope , it was not your usual science fiction saucer, it was something totally different.
Aliens? Maybe, and maybe some secret governmental project, it would surely be rather ironic if aliens would become a part of our lives tomorrow.

Aliens, scary, and ironically funny.. they do speak english though.
It was broadcasted worldwide, they came to the white house, well.. not exactly, some scout ship, about a bus size landed on the white house's lawn which was pretty snowy, a few days before Christmas after all. Now it was quite hilarious to see practically every reporter from every state and every country you can think of, talking simultaneously about exactly the same thing.. how the heck will the aliens look like?, needless to say they got their answer. They look exactly like us, except their weird completely grey eyes, not your usual ones, but completely grey, which were just a little bigger then our eyes.
The chief alien, that is, the one who was surrounded by about 10 alien bodyguards, with no weapon for some odd reason, came to the middle of snowy lawn, very slowly like one of those old scary horror movies, leaving fade footprints on the bright snow, then he opened his mouth and with perfect english, and a rather normal president-like voice said, “Do not fear, we come in peace, we wish to be your allies”, quite a cliche if you ask me.
It is quite less scary to think of them as allies, it seems the Mayan's tribe knew what they were talking about, since the aliens claim to have visited in earth before, mainly to check on how we were doing, you may call me crazy not only for talking to myself on a diary, but rather for the fact that I didn't expect the aliens to be so open to the press, and actually give a full blown interview, giving a whole lot information about themselves. they possess strong religious faith pretty much similar to the monotheistic faith common here on earth, they credit a higher being for creating the universe and life, pretty awkward, I myself am a believer, yet I would assume such sophisticated beings would posses no religious faith whatsoever, makes you wonder.

Every day becomes crazier and crazier, the aliens which look exactly like us actually wants to teach us new ways of traveling through space, and reveal new types of destructive weapons, normally this would be a huge threat, nukes are enough to terrorize the planet, the war to stop radical forces in possession of nukes barely ended a few months ago, needless to say the huge following the alien's arrival, and the aliens request for world peace, actually stopped all radical forces and terror in a single day, quite a feat even for aliens.
Yet, I have a weird feeling that the aliens want to use earth residents as extra support against terror of their own, galactic terror, but that's absurd.


Admiral Velroz finished reading his grandfather's diary, it ended there, for some reason his grandfather never wrote anything else on his diary, could it be that his grandfather was on to something?
