The How Artists See Jr. board books are a child's first introduction to the magic and beauty of art. Like a miniature museum exhibit that parent and child can explore together, each book features twelve diverse works of art from around the world, centered on a theme that little ones love: Babies, Dogs, Horses, or Trains. This enlightened and proven approach for bringing art to children is ideal for the board book set. The "apples to apples" comparisons will engage young children, helping them see the familiar in unfamiliar ways, while the books' comfortable size and colorful presentation will make them lasting family favorites. Designed specifically to encourage parent-child interaction, the books also feature a "Parents' Guide" on their back covers suggesting questions for Mom or Dad to ask while browsing.

Adapted from the acclaimed How Artists See series by Colleen Carroll, the concise, appealing How Artists See Jr. format gives young learners a taste of the many exciting ways in which artists see their world. Once they have finished looking at the books, kids may want to create some art of their own!

I visited Cancun numerous times over the years, but could never learn much about the city its self, only the tourist strip. Because I thought Cancun such a beautiful place, it occurred to me that I would want to retire there someday. Therefore I needed to know the real Cancun, where the workers in the resorts lived, what the city was like.

Most of all I wanted to be able to find my own way around in an affordable manner. Since I did not like being at the mercy of cab drivers that determine what fare they charge by the colour of my skin and my nationality, I wanted to know how to use the buses to explore the city. I am not alone; fellow travelers have related repeatedly this same frustration at being at the mercy of cab drivers in the city. Their reaction was always to take the first bus they could get out of Cancun. Now they can stay.

I have compiled this guide to help visitors affordably explore the city, and learn for themselves just what makes Cancun so special and such an ideal place in which to retire.

Today we are facing declining petroleum supplies resulting in higher prices for heating fuels and gasoline. As a result, many of us are facing choices that we had not planned for in our retirement years. Do I eat or heat? The answer is found in Cancun and surrounding area. You can eat and you don't have to heat. In fact, paradise in your golden years can be yours.

In this book I show you how to know the city, and where to go for the help you need to move here. I've answered the questions I had about Cancun when visiting and when moving here. If you are like most visitors to Cancun and ask yourself if you could live here year round, the answer is yes, and this books makes it easy to realize such a dream....
