From one of the great commemorative institutions in the world comes the historic aircraft collection. A Unique Flight showcases stunning photographs of the aircraft in action, detailed color scheme notes, internal features and stories from their war record. It includes the stories of those who flew and serviced the aircraft and brings the wars they fought into a new dimension. Their narratives record the tragedies of war as well as the adventures experienced by airmen.

Sections range from the First World War (1914-1918), with the Deperdussin CFS.5 and Albatros D.Va, the War in Europe and the Pacific, including the famous De Havilland Tiger Moth and the Curtiss Kittyhawk, through to the Korean and Vietnam Wars with their Bell Iroquois and helicopters.
