The book explores the forces of spirituality that begin within us. These forces are examined by short poems related to the inner experiencing of healing and awakening. Armed with inner strength, we are now able to share and become one world. The second half of the book focuses on the outer actions as a result of our inner being. It is the process of living from the inside out enabling us to be less adversely influenced by a society attached to the external. It is my wish that the content provide the inspiration to live with joy, peace, love and gratitude.
