Karen Hunter's life is changed forever on September 11th, 2001 when her fianc Greg dies at the World Trade Center. Unable to stay in the city, Karen decides to return to her hometown and start to rebuild her life--but she is distressed when she finds the Arab-American population is at the mercy of a hotheaded minority.
