She's giving nothing away...except an unwitting sexual attractiveness that Demetri finds hard to resist....Well-done story with good sexual tension between Joanna and Demetri. Two subplots thrown in; one about the father's health, and the other about Joanna' ex-husband. Joanna seems to have the upper hand-by that I mean she is not a doormat doing whatever Demetri wants. Her relationship with his father is nicely done and respectful. Try it.
