Arthur wants to be in on the action when Francine decides to form a rock band that will be "a million times better than the Backstreet Boys." But Arthur doesn't make it through auditions, and Francine chooses Molly, Binky, Fern, and Mrs. MacGrady instead. Then the Backstreet Boys come to Elwood City and change everything!
